Our Services Career Connections provides personalized and flexible staffing services to make the process of hiring hassle-free, efficient and safe for you. Your specific needs may be better satisfied by utilizing one of our services or a combination of them.
Locally owned and operated, we have been providing quality staffing services to Southeastern Ohio since 1990. We pride ourselves on excellent customer service and superior screening techniques. Before an
applicant is placed, in either a temporary or permanent job, we have conducted a personal interview, completed skills assessments, obtained at least two positive employment references, completed appropriate background checks (criminal, credit, and/or driving).

Temporary Personnel – Temporary personnel are individuals we hire and put to work for you under your supervision and for whom we charge an hourly rate. We handle the recruiting, screening, hiring, payroll, taxes, insurance, attendance records, evaluations, etc. All you have to do is sign a weekly time slip and process our invoices. This is the ideal option to cover for leaves of absence, vacations, large projects, seasonal peaks, etc.

Permanent Placement – You describe the job and the type of person you are looking for, and we provide you with qualified, pre-screened applicants for consideration. If you offer one of these individuals a job, he or she becomes your employee and our participation ends. We charge a placement fee, which is a percentage of the employee’s anticipated annual income. This is a very convenient method by which to hire for your permanent positions, and you pay us only if we fill the job successfully.

Payroll Transfer Program - (PTP) provides you with the control you need to maintain a quality work force without the hassles of being an employer. Career Connections is a professional employer who can handle the fiscal management of some or all of your staff. This can be the ideal solution for a small sole proprietorship who wants to avoid becoming an employer at all, or for a large company who has an occasional need for specific people to work for limited periods of time, or for a variety of other situations.
