While this page is geared towards helping our customers who have made hires that require time reporting approval, below we also have an online job order form available for any hiring need, be it direct, temporary, temp-to-direct, or payroll transfer program (PTP). Now that you have made the decision to hire a new temporary employee through CC, we want you to know exactly what to expect from us moving forward. Here is a detailed guide to our temp employee onboarding process, as well as an overview of the services we will provide to you and the employee throughout the duration of the assignment. (Please note that this onboarding guide does not apply to PTP placements.)

Forgot your username or password? No problem!
CC’s advanced time reporting tool allows us to fully customize access and permission settings to best fit your unique needs. In general, if your temporary employee is using the online time reporting tool a CC representative will provide you with a customer login and password. We can also provide multiple customer logins with varying approval permissions to manage select, individual, or all assignments, or to provide access to billing contacts so that they can review approved time and expenses.
